Spring is almost here so that means it’s time to think about your spring wardrobe. However, if you’re anything like me, you don’t want to spend all that $$$ on new clothes that you may not wear after the season’s over… So if that’s the case, SheIn is the perfect place to shop for cute, affordable pieces. Here are a few pieces I think should be in everyone’s closet for spring (and they’re all on sale!).
Textured crop top
A crop top is a must all year round, but having a textured crop in your wardrobe adds fun and flirtiness to your outfit and makes you stand out from the crowd.
When transitioning from winter to spring, I think outerwear is one of the key items to transition because although the sun is out more often, it can still be a bit chilly. So switching heavier jackets to thinner, lightweight pieces helps you avoid being too hot, but making sure you’re covered when it’s too cold.
Black (p)leather jacket
If you don’t already own a (p)leather jacket, it’s never too late. This is a year-round piece that can be thrown over any type of outfit, whether you’re feeling edgy, casual, street or feminine.
Fringe for spring! Spring is the season of festivals (like Coachella!) so that means it’s all about the boho feels. Pair this cardi with high-waisted denim and some cute sandals and you’re set to dance the night away!
Transitioning from winter to spring means adding more color to your wardrobe and this jacket is perfect because of the colorful flower detailing. It screams spring and it can definitely be worn through to the summatime!
Khaki sweater coat
Aside from the pops of color, it’s always good to have neutral-colored outerwear like I discussed in my previous posts. I love this sweater coat because it looks like a jacket, but is light like a sweater/cardigan. It can be worn up or down, with pants or shorts, with sneakers or heels depending on the weather’s mood and your mood.
Sweaters are still a must in spring to stay warm, but I prefer the over-sized feel because I hate knit suffocating my body. Go for a pastel color to brighten up for spring and pair it with a pair of distressed denim or a flowy skirt.
